Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Yes, we do offer returns and exchanges.

- Returns will be considered up to 07 days from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. Please head to our Returns/Exchange Portal in order to place a return request.


1. Exchanges

In some cases, you may need to modify your order after it has been placed. If you wish to add or remove items, change the shipping address, or make any other adjustments, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.


Please note that modifying an order may affect its processing time and estimated delivery date. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request, but please understand that some changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

2. Returns

If your refund is approved for a cancelled order, it will be processed immediately. For defective or damaged products, we may require you to return the item before processing the refund. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

We will do our utmost to accommodate your request, but please understand that orders are processed swiftly to ensure prompt delivery. As such, cancellations requested after the specified timeframe or after the order has been processed may not be feasible.


- All items are inspected Some items may not be eligible for exchange, and these include personalised or custom-made products, final sale items, and items that have been altered or damaged due to customer negligence. We want to be transparent about which items can be exchanged to avoid any confusion or disappointment.

- Products purchased on "SALE" cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.

Dispatch Time

For items in our new collection, we aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days from the date of receiving your order confirmation. However, for t-shirts from other collections, we kindly request your understanding as we may require 3-5 days to ship your order. Please note that this processing time excludes festive holidays.
